As we scale, we’re looking for a passionate Customer Success Specialist to help users get the most out of SortMe and champion their success from day one.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the frontline guide for new SortMe users—helping them onboard, understand our tools, and build confidence in managing their money through our platform. You’ll own the onboarding process end-to-end, from welcoming new clients to providing tailored walkthroughs via video calls.
You’ll also play a crucial role in closing the feedback loop: gathering user insights, identifying patterns, and reporting them clearly to Product and Leadership. Your work will directly shape our roadmap and the way we serve customers.
This role is ideal for someone who is energised by helping people, confident in reaching out proactively, and eager to contribute to a mission-driven startup environment.
