SortMe

For financial advisors

See your clients' live position, stop chasing statements

SortMe gives your clients a financial concierge, and gives you a live dashboard of their real position, alerts when something changes, and the fastest fact find on the market. Stop advising off a six-month-old snapshot.

The fact find is stale before you've finished reading it

You know the drill. The client fills in the form from memory, forgets the second credit card, guesses the KiwiSaver balance, and by the time you review it, two pay cycles have passed. Then a rate refixes, or their income jumps, or a baby arrives, and you find out at the next annual review, eleven months too late to be useful.

SortMe flips it. Your clients connect their real accounts (banks, mortgage, KiwiSaver, investments) and you see the true, current picture the moment they share it with you. When something material changes, you hear about it the same week, not next year.

The advisor platform

What you get at advisor.sortme.com

Live client dashboards

Every client’s connected position in one view: accounts, mortgage, KiwiSaver, goals, cashflow. No PDFs of screenshots, no "can you send me your latest statements".

Client alerts that make you look psychic

Get pinged when it matters: a mortgage fixed rate approaching refix, a goal milestone hit, an income change. You call the client before they even thought to call you. That’s the phone call that keeps clients for a decade.

The fastest fact find on the market

Because the data’s already connected, the fact find fills itself from real accounts. Review, tidy, and output to PDF, print, or email in minutes, instead of the two-week form-chasing saga. It’s the single biggest time-saver in the platform.

Client tasks + email reminders

Assign the client their homework ("upload your insurance policy", "confirm your KiwiSaver fund") and let SortMe do the nagging with automatic email reminders. You stay the good cop.

Weekly summary email

One email, once a week: what changed across your client book. Skim it with your Monday coffee and know exactly who needs attention.

Opportunities reporting

A standing report of advice opportunities across your book: refixes coming up, uninsured gaps, idle cash building. Your pipeline, generated from real data instead of gut feel.

Trust, by design

Your clients stay in control, and that's why they'll say yes

The hardest part of data-led advice is getting the client comfortable sharing. SortMe solves it with two-tier access controls: the client decides what you see. They can share their full picture or a summary level, and they can change it any time. Nothing is shared without their explicit say-so.

That sounds like a limitation. In practice it's your best onboarding tool. Clients connect faster and share more when they know they hold the keys. Trust first, full picture soon after.

The BOOST partner programme

Refer your clients to SortMe and share in the revenue. Partners in the BOOST programme earn a rev-share on client subscriptions they bring in: your clients get a concierge between meetings, you get better data and a new income line. We'll walk you through the numbers in the demo.

Advisor questions, answered

Can I see a client’s data without their permission?
No. Clients grant access explicitly and choose the level (full picture or summary) via two-tier access controls. They can change or revoke it at any time. This is a feature, not a bug: it’s why clients agree to connect in the first place.
What data do client dashboards show?
Whatever the client has connected and shared: bank accounts and transactions, mortgage (with refix dates), KiwiSaver balances, investments, goals and cashflow. All via read-only connections, so neither you nor SortMe can move client money.
How does the fact find work?
It pre-fills from the client’s connected accounts, so the numbers are real rather than remembered. You review it together, fill any gaps, and export to PDF, print or email. Most advisers tell us it’s the fastest fact find they’ve used.
What does it cost?
Book a demo and we’ll take you through current advisor pricing and the BOOST partner rev-share.
Is client data secure?
Read-only bank connections, all via Akahu (official open banking APIs for most banks), AES-256 encryption, passed Google Security Audit, and data is never sold. Full detail your compliance officer will enjoy: sortme.com/data-security.
Does this replace my CRM or advice engine?
No. It sits alongside them as the live-data layer. SortMe handles the client’s day-to-day money picture and hands you current data, alerts and the fact find; your existing advice and compliance tools stay put.

See it with your own client book
