Talk to a SortMe expert

Talk to a SortMe expert, get your setup right

Two conversations happen on this call. "Is SortMe right for my situation?" if you're weighing it up, and "how do I get more out of it?" if you're already in. Both are with an NZ-based SortMe expert who knows the product and reads real household setups all day.

Free, for anyone

"Is SortMe right for me?"

Rental property, family trust, fortnightly pay, a business account tangled up with the groceries: bring the setup you've actually got. You'll get a real person on a video call (or phone, your pick) who'll tell you straight whether SortMe handles it, and how it would be set up if you went ahead. No script, no pressure, and if we're not the right tool we'll say so.

Already using SortMe? Same call. Bring the part you haven't got working yet.

Free, open to anyone, and no card required.

Included with your plan

Your SortMe consultations

A paid plan comes with one-on-one time with a SortMe expert, and most members forget to use it. Use yours to get your accounts connected properly, set your budget around the pay cycle you actually have, or walk through your Cashflow Forecast with someone who reads them all day.

These are SortMe consultations, not regulated financial advice. They're about the money you already have and what it could be doing. If what you need is a mortgage, an insurance policy or a KiwiSaver decision, that's a licensed adviser, and the introduction is free.

Members book straight from the app; you'll also get a nudge from us if a consultation's sitting unused.

Regulated advice

When you need regulated advice

KiwiSaver fund choices, mortgage structuring and insurance cover are regulated financial advice. That's licensed-adviser territory, and we've already vetted a network of them across NZ. Tell us what you need and we'll make a free, no-obligation introduction. You control whether they see any of your SortMe data.

Before you book

Is the 15-minute chat really free? What's the catch?
Really free, no card, no catch. It exists because people who understand SortMe before they start get more out of it, and because half the "can SortMe handle my situation?" questions are faster answered by a human in two minutes.
What's the difference between a SortMe session and a financial adviser?
SortMe sessions cover the app and your cashflow: getting set up, reading your forecast, spotting the leaks. They're not regulated financial advice. Fund choices, mortgage structuring and insurance are adviser territory, and we'll introduce you to a licensed one (free) when that's what you need.
Do I need to be a member to book?
The 15-minute intro chat is open to anyone, and it covers getting your money working harder rather than any financial product. SortMe consultations come with a paid plan. An introduction to a licensed financial adviser is free whenever the conversation turns to a product.
Who takes the calls?
The three people above: Carl, Aidan and Charlotte. NZ-based, on the SortMe team. No offshore call centre, no chatbot pretending to be a person.
Does the adviser introduction cost anything?
No. The introduction is free and there's no obligation. If you go ahead with an adviser, their fees are between you and them, stated up front.

Still weighing it up? Book the call.
